We are seeking a seasoned maintenance leader to oversee day-to-day site operations, coordinate tasks, and provide effective guidance and leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency, and safety.

About The Opportunity

This role will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our sites, delivering high-quality results while maintaining a strong approach to safety.

About You
  • Must have 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership role
  • Holds a Section 26 Qualification (Essential)
  • Can display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety, and well-being of all employees
  • Has strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Holds a valid Australian Driver's Licence
  • Is able to obtain a National Police Clearance (NPC)
  • Is willing to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen
Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and prioritize site-based maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion
  • Deliver effective leadership through engagement, guidance, support, and feedback to teams and individuals
  • Monitor work tasks closely and resolve any associated issues promptly
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices by conducting regular safety reviews and inspections
  • Optimize resource management to minimize costs while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Cultivate innovation and employee engagement to drive continuous improvement in work practices
  • Ability to meet deadlines while prioritizing safety
