Job Title: Home Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will provide assistance to clients in their own homes, ensuring they receive the care and support they need to live independently.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personal care services, including:

  • Assisting with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Supporting clients with mobility and transfers
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing companionship and social interaction

You will work closely with our clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences, and develop personalized care plans to meet those needs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent qualification
  • Valid Australian driver's license and reliable vehicle for travel
  • Police clearance and working with vulnerable people check
  • First aid and CPR certification

You will also need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
