About the Role

Our focus is on enabling the ageing and disabled community to live fulfilling lives at home, doing what they love for as long as possible.

We provide around-the-clock care, with visits scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet client needs.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a genuine, compassionate, and personalised care experience
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, meal prep, light housekeeping, transport, and companionship
  • Follow care plans developed by the Care Designer (Registered Nurse)
  • Ensure safety and proper use of equipment
  • Accurately complete records and documentation
  • Work collaboratively with a supportive team
  • Participate in ongoing training
Mandatory Requirements
  • Minimum Cert III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support, or Disability, or extensive industry experience
  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module Completion
  • NDIS Worker Screener Clearance
  • Reliable vehicle and Australian Driver's License
  • Current First Aid & CPR certification
