Piacentini & Son is seeking an Experienced Maintenance Supervisor on a Max Term Contract, based at our Kimberley Rehabilitation project.
This role will oversee the day-to-day maintenance tasks, coordinate tasks, and provide effective guidance and leadership to ensure compliance, efficiency and safety. The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the site-based maintenance tasks are being achieved.
- Delivering effective leadership through engagement, guidance, support and feedback to teams and individuals.
- Monitor work tasks closely and aid in resolving any associated issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and practices and conduct safety reviews and inspections.
- Optimize resource management to minimize costs effectively.
- Encourage innovation and employee engagement to drive continuous improvement in work practices.
- Ability to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong approach to safety.
About You
- 3+ Years Experience in a similar role.
- Section 26 Qualification (Essential).
- Australian Recognised Trade Qualification (Mobile Mechanical or Automotive Electrical preferred).
- Display a clear commitment and focus on the health, safety and well-being of all employees.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance (NPC).
- Willingness to undertake a Pre-Employment Medical & Drug / Alcohol Screen.
