Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and supervision to our team, as well as developing and implementing high-quality occupational therapy services that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and supervision to the occupational therapy team
  • Develop and implement high-quality occupational therapy services that meet the needs of clients
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide interventions to clients
  • Supervise and mentor junior staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest standards of care are maintained
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience as an occupational therapist
  • Proven leadership and management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team
  • Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
