Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a housekeeping professional.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness in guest rooms, including making beds with precision, vacuuming floors, and cleaning bathrooms.

  • Maintain a pristine environment by thoroughly cleaning guest rooms.
  • Complete tasks efficiently within allocated hours.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets and operational goals.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and environmental standards.
  • Utilise specialised equipment and products safely and effectively.
  • Build strong relationships with team members, guests, and contractors to foster a positive work environment.
Shifts and Rates
  • Shifts available: Monday to Sunday, rotating roster.
  • Start time: 9:00am.
  • Hourly rates:
    • Monday - Friday: $32.31 per hour (excluding superannuation).
    • Saturday: $38.78 per hour.
    • Sunday: $45.24 per hour.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Prior experience in housekeeping or cleaning roles is highly regarded.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
  • Basic understanding of safe handling and usage of cleaning chemicals and equipment (training provided).
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Professional communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and contractors.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks efficiently.
  • A positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
