Operations Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned operations leader to oversee the implementation segment in APAC. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building high-performing teams and executing strategic initiatives aligned with key business goals.

This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage and mentor a distributed team, and a data-driven approach to developing and tracking performance metrics.

  • Hire, train, and grow a high-performing team that consistently meets and exceeds quarterly targets.
  • Successfully resolve customer escalations to achieve maximum satisfaction and positive relationships.
  • Leverage data to build and optimize processes that drive efficiency and improve customer experience.
  • Execute quarterly plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Track, monitor, and continuously improve performance on key metrics and KPIs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Technical Account Management, and Support teams to create a seamless customer journey.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with great follow-through on initiatives big and small.
