Clinical Nursing Specialist

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Clinical Nurse to join our healthcare team on a temporary basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with the nursing team to ensure excellent standards of evidence-based care are maintained.
- Support the nursing team with planning, assessment, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Provide professional practice by adhering to AHPRA professional standards, code of ethics, and conduct, legislative requirements, and health policies and processes.
- Foster a learning environment through clinical presentations to support the nursing team's professional development and maintain own professional learning and continuous professional development.
- Collaborate with external partners to ensure patients receive high-quality care across the healthcare continuum.
To be successful in this role, you will possess current AHPRA registration, 3 years' experience within an acute environment, and 1-year minimum team leader or in-charge nursing experience.
