Quality Assurance Test Lead

Description:

This position requires a highly experienced and driven professional to lead software quality assurance efforts across complex projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing enterprise testing services, proficiency in various testing methodologies, automation, and tools.

The role involves developing quality standards, overseeing test planning and execution, guiding a team of testers to deliver excellence, and integrating testing into scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing workflows.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing quality standards, leading the creation and execution of test plans, analyzing test results, debugging software using systematic testing approaches, and maintaining detailed documentation.

The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship to QA team members, collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical challenges, and champion a health and safety culture aligned with company policy.

In this position, you will work on high-profile projects that require strong analytical, decision-making, and stakeholder engagement abilities. You will also be expected to manage competing priorities with a calm, solutions-driven approach.

Requirements:
