Position Overview:

In the role of Compliance and Governance Manager, you will be instrumental in managing the daily functions of the organization. Your duties will encompass ensuring adherence to applicable regulations, overseeing human resources operations, and collaborating with the senior leadership team to promote operational effectiveness and service excellence.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations to guarantee the successful provision of disability support services.
  • Formulate, execute, and evaluate operational policies and procedures.
  • Inspire and guide teams to cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement and excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, disability support regulations, and other pertinent guidelines.
  • Oversee human resources activities, including recruitment, training, and employee relations.
  • Conduct routine audits and evaluations to uphold compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in financial oversight and budget management.

Candidate Profile:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Services Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of disability support services and NDIS regulations.
  • Experience in operational management, ideally within the disability support or healthcare industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with a talent for motivating and directing teams.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A strong dedication to compliance, ethical practices, and continuous improvement.
