We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced florist to join our team based in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3+ years' work experience as a florist in a similar setting, with the ability to produce high-quality, made-to-order customer requests on the spot.

The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the workplace, overseeing all aspects of floristry housekeeping and preparations, including store visual merchandising and stock management.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Completing Certificate III in Floristry
  • Maintaining high-quality standards, including producing 'on the spot' made-to-order customer requests
  • Cleaning and maintaining the workplace, ensuring safety and efficiency
  • Overseeing all areas of floristry housekeeping and preparations, from start to finish
  • Taking orders via face-to-face interaction, phone calls, and website communications
