Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at SA Health. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients, working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve optimal outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement comprehensive Occupational Therapy services to meet the needs of the local community.
- Utilize Primary Health Care principles to ensure the range of Occupational Therapy services provided meets changing community needs.
- Participate in the planning, implementation, and evaluation of Occupational Therapy programs across various settings.
- Undertake clinical prioritization and triaging of referrals, managing this in line with organizational priorities.
- Support less experienced clinicians and allied health assistants, undertaking clinical assessments and implementing recommendations to achieve client goals.
- Recognized qualification within the Occupational Therapy profession.
- Eligibility for full membership of the South Australian Board of Occupational Therapists.
- Registration requirements for self-regulated professions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse backgrounds and work well within a multidisciplinary team environment.
