About Us

Main Responsibilities
  • Gardening & Groundskeeping: Maintain the beauty of the village through regular gardening, mowing lawns, and other general gardening duties.
  • Maintenance Excellence: Perform various maintenance tasks to ensure facilities meet the highest standards.
  • Transportation: Safely transport residents to the local shopping center and on occasional outings, helping them access essential services and enjoy social activities.
Key Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous grounds and maintenance experience is preferred, ideally in retirement villages, aged care, or community settings.
  • Independence & Initiative: Work autonomously, using your initiative to solve problems and complete tasks effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Engage comfortably with residents and colleagues, creating a warm and supportive atmosphere.
  • Physical Fitness: The role involves physical activity, so being in good physical shape is important.
  • Driver's License: A valid driver's license is required for transporting residents.
