We are excited to have a vacancy for a Business Process Lead. Initially for a fixed term, this role will see you identify, support and drive business improvement initiatives from concept through to completion using consistent approaches.
This role will be key to helping our business reach its potential and includes a strong change management focus.
About You
You will be skilled at assessing current states, gathering and analysing business data, designing future state processes and driving decisions from recommendations. You can demonstrate prior experience in a similar role working on change projects using disciplined methods.
Able to work well equipped with a technical skill set including capability in process mapping, data analysis and presentation skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills are essential.
