Centre Director Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced early learning professional to lead and develop a thriving centre, refining their leadership skills and driving business success.

  • Develop and deliver a bespoke learning program in collaboration with global pedagogical leaders.
  • Build and lead a talented team of early learning professionals, fostering knowledge sharing and a culture of reflective practice and ongoing improvement.
  • Work with your team to drive the future growth of your centre, building attendance pipelines and maintaining a revenue-generating business model.

  • Our purpose-built, architecturally designed centre is located on the corner of Ramsay and Alderley Streets.
  • As Centre Director, you will lead an 80-place, Meeting-rated centre with a strong commitment to quality and community.

Key Requirements:

  • A Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education (or working towards).
  • Proven experience in leading and managing change within education, health or community services.
  • Strong commercial acumen with financial and operational performance management capabilities.
