We are seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and clerical support to our operations and maintenance teams. This role is essential in ensuring smooth and efficient business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately input financial data into the accounting system.
- Manage and reconcile financial accounts and prepare them for payment processing.
- Maintain confidentiality by filing commercial documents and correspondence according to established policies.
- Assist the Operations Manager with various administrative tasks, including the preparation of reports and documentation.
- Provide backup support for accounts payable, payroll, and purchasing functions during peak periods or employee absences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience in clerical and administrative roles.
- Desirable qualifications in Office Administration, such as Certificate III or IV.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles, including payroll and accounts management.
- Familiarity with accounting software and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
