Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive hourly pay rate of $59.16 - $63.42, plus superannuation. As a not-for-profit employer, we also provide tax benefits, allowing you to take home more money. Job DescriptionThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a Senior Clinical Services Manager to join our team. Reporting to the Residential Manager at both Vincentian Darlinghurst & Brigidine House Randwick, you will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and support to the clinical and personal care teams. You will work across both sites, with a location split of 3 days at Vincentian one week and 2 at Brigidine then vice versa.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure high-quality clinical care is provided to residents at all times, as per the Aged Care Quality Standards and CHL policy and procedures.
- Provide leadership and coaching to the clinical and support teams to ensure the delivery of quality resident outcomes.
- Work in a safe manner, closely following all policies and procedures, including IPC, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Work as 2nd in charge to the Residential Manager.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse.
- A thorough understanding of the Aged Care Legislation and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Demonstrated understanding of AN-ACC assessment processes.
- Comprehensive clinical knowledge and understanding of the aging process, particularly age-related health issues.
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of workplace health and safety.
- Previous experience working within a residential aged care setting in a similar role.
- Strong coaching/training skills and the ability to influence others.
- Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Competent IT skills including full Microsoft suite.
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check and NDIS clearance.
