Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled professional to support the Centre Manager in building a high-performing team and creating an amazing new centre. As an Assistant Centre Manager, you will have the time and focus to develop your skills and abilities, with enrolments taken care of for you and support from a leadership team who are inclusive and supportive when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Centre Manager in building a high-performing team
  • Contribute to the development of centre programming that encourages independence, resilience, and self-awareness
  • Collaborate with parents and children to create a warm, respectful, and secure environment

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Children's Services or equivalent qualification
  • Leadership experience within an early childhood environment
  • Current Working with Children check
  • Excellent personal presentation and communication skills
  • Australian working rights
