Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to manage our facility's security and safety.

This is a dynamic role that offers an excellent work/life balance through our 12-hour rotating roster.

The responsibilities include:

  • Control room operations
  • Proactive patrols to ensure the safety of people and property
  • Engaging with individuals and providing assistance when needed
  • Responding to emergency situations in a timely manner
  • Handling conflicts in a professional and effective way
  • Providing education, guidance, and support for the team

As a Security Officer, you will be part of a collaborative team working closely with other staff members to ensure the well-being and safety of patients, visitors, and staff.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting foot and vehicle patrols to maintain a secure environment
  • Operating the control room to monitor and respond to incidents
  • Resolving conflicts in a fair and efficient manner
  • Responding to emergency situations and taking prompt action
