About Our Organization

Our organization is part of a leading health service in Western Australia and comprises two hospital campuses, Rockingham General Hospital and Murray District Hospital, in addition to community and mental health services across Peel, Rockingham and Kwinana. We deliver quality, safe and effective hospital and health services within a catchment area stretching more than 3300 square kilometres across the southern half of Perth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist surgical services to patients.
  • Promote patient safety and quality of care.
  • Provide leadership, orientation, training, supervision and education for doctors in training, health service medical practitioners and other health workers.
  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Department and other Consultants to achieve national, state and organizational performance standards and targets.
