Job Description:

Lead a diverse, multidisciplinary project team with a collaborative and inclusive approach to execute the planning and delivery of major infrastructure or renewable projects. Ensure successful commissioning and high-quality transition to operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Champion HSSE and Human and Organizational Performance principles among project teams.
  • Project Management: Oversee all phases of project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and HSSE outcomes.
  • Contract & Commercial Management: Manage contracts, negotiations, claims resolution, and variation management for large-scale projects.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders effectively.
Requirements & Experience:
  • 10+ years in senior leadership roles delivering complex projects in remote environments.
  • Proven success in managing $1B+ budgets, schedules, and HSSE outcomes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale renewable energy projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles and excellent leadership skills.
