- You will be responsible for providing high-quality meal services to residents, including assisting with meal preparation, serving meals, and ensuring residents receive excellent care.
- Supporting your colleagues and maintaining a positive team environment is essential in this role.
- You will work in a safe manner to protect yourself, your peers, and residents, adhering to all policies and procedures at all times.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional care to seniors is paramount.
- You should possess excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Certificate III in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery) would be an asset but is not necessarily required.
- A good understanding of food safety practices, kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness is crucial.
- You should have warm interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with residents, their families, and other stakeholders.
- NDIS and Police check clearance or willingness to obtain is necessary.
