About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Draftsperson to join our team at Marble. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for producing accurate and detailed working drawings for construction, as well as developing and producing new design concepts for consideration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret local council requirements for siting purposes
  • Produce accurate detailed working drawings for construction
  • Develop and produce new design concepts for consideration
  • Produce specific details and develop a library of standard construction details
  • Provide accurate volume siting plans for new developments
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have 5+ years of Residential Drafting experience working for a new home builder, with a strong focus on project homes using Archicad. You will also have strong construction knowledge and the ability to work well in a medium-sized team.
