Civil Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team as a Project Coordinator. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and administering construction engineering activities on our iconic public infrastructure project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Observe and report potential hazards and environmental risks.
- Coordinate and administer construction engineering activities to ensure project plans are implemented in accordance with designs and specifications.
- Interpret, review and improve existing designs for implementation in construction of the project.
- Establish and implement the project's procurement strategy.
- Assist with preparation of site construction budgets and reports.
- Produce work packs and scopes of work.
- Ensure all other tasks and duties as directed by your line manager are completed.
Requirements:
- A degree in civil or structural engineering.
- Experience on road/bridge projects in Australia (highly desirable).
- A high performer who is proactive, reliable and flexible.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Strong problem-solving, organisational and communication skills.
- A high attention to detail.
