Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth in the USA market for frontline solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with executive decision-makers, identifying business-critical issues and crafting compelling value propositions.
  • Qualify and understand prospects' needs, leading sales conversations to articulate the business impact of goFLUENT solutions.
  • Develop and deliver business cases demonstrating ROI for goFLUENT solutions.
  • Travel to customer sites to support sales efforts and build consultative relationships with influencers and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

  • 5+ years of field B2B sales experience at the enterprise level, generating new business and new logos.
  • Demonstrated track record of managing and closing complex sales cycles involving CHRO, HR, and Education Benefits within USA Fortune 200 companies.
  • Existing network of contacts and experience in the frontline training/reskilling/upskilling market.
  • Proven success in selling 6- and 7-figure contract values, with a history of consistently meeting and/or exceeding quota.
  • Team player with a consultative approach to selling, superb presentation skills, and a B.S. degree or equivalent.
  • Some skill in a language other than English is a definite plus.
