Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in empowering individuals to maintain their independence and engage in meaningful daily activities.

Your primary responsibility will be to assist with personal care, mobility, and domestic tasks, while also providing social support and facilitating community and wellness activities.
