About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our team at KinCare, a leading provider of in-home care services. As a Community Health Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our elderly customers in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support services, including wound care, medication administration, and continence management
  • Conduct nursing, continence, and dementia screening assessments
  • Support care plans and provide solutions tailored to each customer's individual needs
  • Work closely with families, General Practitioners, and the KinCare team to ensure a holistic approach to customer well-being
About You
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Available minimum 2 days per week (Monday or Tuesday & Fridays ideally)
  • First Aid and CPR certification (or willing to obtain)
  • Driver's licence with a reliable and insured vehicle
  • Genuine interest in working in the community and with the elderly
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously
  • Compassionate, professional, kind, engaging, empathetic, and helpful
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
  • Double COVID vaccinated and willing to undergo a functional assessment
