Join Our Team as a Registered Nurse in a Private Hospital

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a Private Hospital located 2 hours north of Newcastle. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a great team environment and enjoy a great work-life balance in a beautiful coastal area.

The hospital offers a range of services, including Medical, Surgical, and Rehabilitation, with 60 beds and a strong focus on patient care and quality improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in a Medical, Surgical, and Rehabilitation setting
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of patients
  • Contribute to a culture of quality improvement and patient safety

Requirements:

  • AHPRA registration
  • 2 years recent experience in a similar role
  • Full working rights in Australia preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • A commitment to a team environment and customer service

Desirable Criteria:

  • FIM Trained (if applicable)
  • Post Graduate Certificate in Medical Surgical or Rehabilitation Nursing
