Retail Sector Security Officer

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to provide high visibility presence at our retail clients' stores. This role involves supporting the safety and security of staff and customers.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Provide proactive monitoring and identification of individuals under the influence of alcohol and drugs, or Mental Health indicators.
- Conduct random and targeted bag searches (based on client procedures).
- Liaise with store management and team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Engage with customers in a positive and friendly manner to enhance their shopping experience.
Requirements:
- Valid Security Officer Licence.
- Current First Aid certificate/CPR.
- Drivers Licence.
