Role Summary

Support clients in their homes, promoting independence and dignity. Tasks include:

  • Delivering tailored care plans with compassion and empathy
  • Performing domestic duties such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Assisting with shopping and transportation tasks
  • Collaborating with the care team to ensure comprehensive support

Requirements
  • Proof of immunity or willingness to vaccinate against MMR, Varicella, and Pertussis
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (Yellow Card) and Blue Card
  • Current Police Screening Certificate
  • First Aid and CPR certificates
  • Queensland driver's license
  • A reliable, roadworthy vehicle with current registration and insurance
  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Good computer and mobile device skills
