As a key contributor to our organization, the Implementation Strategist plays a vital role in bridging the gap between customer needs and platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate customer requirements into actionable platform configurations
  • Design insurance product models, workflows, document templates, and business logic
  • Configure user interfaces and user journeys using platform tools
  • Implement business rules and financial calculations via internal scripting language
  • Conduct system and integration testing, and support client testing phases
  • Prepare and manage client-facing documentation and testing artifacts
  • Lead project communications, updates, and stakeholder coordination
  • Monitor and report on scope, risk, and change management items
  • Liaise with development for platform improvements and feature scoping
  • Mentor peers and contribute to team-wide best practices

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst
  • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Experience in both Agile and Waterfall project environments
  • Ability to create detailed technical and business documentation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Familiarity with relational databases and large software configuration
  • Experience in customer-facing roles and managing complex discussions
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with contributions beyond core duties
