This is a key role in the planning process, responsible for optimising ranges and driving sales performance.

The successful candidate will be part of a highly cross-functional team, working closely with Buying, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain to manage the full planning cycle, including budgets, OTB, forecasting, stock flow and replenishment.

You will take ownership of a key category, analysing trading performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and influencing decisions that shape the customer offer.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is analytical, commercially minded, and has experience in merchandise planning within retail or wholesale, ideally within fashion, footwear, or accessories.

We are looking for a Mid-Senior level candidate with strong Excel skills, a collaborative approach, and a genuine interest in fashion and retail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full planning cycle, including budgets, OTB, forecasting, stock flow and replenishment
  • Analyse trading performance, identify risks and opportunities, and influence decisions that shape the customer offer
  • Work closely with Buying, E-Commerce, and Supply Chain to drive sales performance
  • Take ownership of a key category, managing varied SKUs in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in merchandise planning within retail or wholesale, ideally within fashion, footwear, or accessories
  • Strong analytical and commercial skills, with excellent Excel skills
  • Collaborative approach, with ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
  • Genuine interest in fashion and retail, with knowledge of industry trends and developments
