Senior Associate Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to contribute to corporate/M&A transactions, provide corporate advisory support, and assist with significant deals.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years post-qualification experience, trained at a top-tier or mid-tier firm, and exposed to a range of transactions, including large-scale deals. Candidates from all Commonwealth jurisdictions are considered.

You will work on M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB, requiring high attention to detail, strong drafting skills, and the ability to work autonomously and as a key member of a collaborative team.

  • Contribute to corporate/M&A transactions, providing corporate advisory support and assisting with significant deals.
  • Work on M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets, and/or FIRB.
  • Develop high-level knowledge of corporate law and governance principles.
