  10. Facilitate training sessions for clients to promote effective use of equipment and software.
  11. Assist with the installation and troubleshooting of solutions.
  12. Manage testing, troubleshooting, and processing of warranty claims according to company policy.
  13. Oversee the design, maintenance, and updates of the company website.
  14. Support clients with website design and collaborate with the internal marketing team to meet their resource needs.
  15. Set up and maintain internal IT infrastructure, including computers and security systems, ensuring software is up to date.
  16. Perform additional administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

Preferred qualifications include a Certificate or Diploma in IT, Networking, or Computer Science.

Experience:

Background in software, hardware, or network sales is advantageous.

Experience in customer service or support roles is essential.

Website Maintenance Experience: While preferred, it is not mandatory.

Familiarity with CRM or accounting software is a plus.

Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong phone etiquette and professionalism.

Ability to work independently and achieve performance targets.
