Parts Operations Manager

Hastings Deering (Australia) Ltd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Parts Manager to lead and manage the performance of parts operations in Rockhampton and Rolleston, with support for Emerald. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning business resources and allocation to achieve demand and key critical deliverables for service and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a large multi-disciplinary team working in the parts and distribution space to deliver accurate and timely service, support, and expertise to the customer to obtain maximum value from the Caterpillar product.
- Manage and support the negotiation and management of Parts and Service agreements.
- Drive continuous improvement and best practice across all aspects of operations for warehouse and distribution.
- Operational management for compliance with site legal and other obligations, employees are instructed in relevant legislation and license currency maintained.
- Supporting the values and culture of Act With Integrity, Winning Together, and Care for All.
The ideal candidate will have a strong commercial acumen coupled with demonstrated experience in parts, warehousing, and distribution. They will be able to be agile with competing priorities, being tenacious and supporting a diverse and regional operational business. Proven recent experience in parts or service management with demonstrated success leading a high-performing team and achieving operational results in a safe and efficient manner is essential.
