Job Overview
  • This role serves as the primary point of contact for maintenance and facilities requests.
  • The incumbent will manage and maintain CMMS systems for preventative and reactive work orders.
  • Daily administrative and operational tasks will be supported by the Facilities Manager.
  • Conducting inspections and contributing to compliance reporting are key responsibilities.
  • Liaising with subcontractors, vendors, and site stakeholders ensures smooth operations.
  • Assisting with client meetings, reporting, and minute-taking is also required.
  • This position requires a supportive and reliable team member who is process-oriented, organised, and collaborative.

The ideal candidate will be able to follow established procedures while delivering excellent customer service.

A comfort level with technology is essential, as the role involves scheduling, reporting, and using communication tools such as Teams, Excel, and CMMS systems.
