To succeed in this role, you must possess strong leadership and administrative skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, resolve conflicts, and maintain accurate records. You should also have the following qualifications:

  • Previous experience in the strata industry or facilities management.
  • A genuine passion for building and facilities management.
  • Ability to build rapport with residents and Strata Committees.
  • Microsoft Office skills - Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • A strong administrative background and customer service orientation.
