About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, committed to delivering high-quality patient care. With expertise in evidence-based practice and critical thinking, you will play a key role in assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care. Your exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary healthcare team will be essential in achieving optimal health outcomes for patients.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide patient-centered care that promotes identified health outcomes
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements:
  • Current nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA)
  • Understanding of evidence-informed practice and critical thinking
  • Effective interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills within a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work 12 hour shifts
