The Job:

  • Provide excellent customer service in-store with premium product
  • Work as part of a team to achieve sales and KPI targets
  • Process large volumes of stock
  • Picking and packing click-and-dispatch orders
  • Assist in maintaining in-store operations including housekeeping, visual merchandising & cleaning required
  • Maintain a positive attitude at all times to deliver an unforgettable shopping experience

What We're Looking For:

  • Full availability from October 2024 to Mid-January 2025 – specifically weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year's Eve & New Year's Day
  • Previous retail experience preferred but not essential
  • A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an unforgettable shopping experience
  • A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
  • The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
  • Self-motivated and willingness to meet/exceed sales targets & KPIs
  • Ability to listen and use feedback constructively

About You:

  • $60,000 - $80,000 per year (dependent on experience)
