The ideal candidate will be part of a specialist team working across all disciplines to provide thought leadership, deliver and execute industry best practice.

  • Deliver POCs through to implementation for automation test tooling and advanced practices.
  • Participate in effort estimates and actuals to deliver PT stories/ features.
  • Drive an Automation led approach for system, SIT and unit testing across various platforms, and contribute to platform and integration performance tests.
  • Provide insights to quality metrics including trend analysis of discrepancies and defects.
  • Proactively manage risk; meet all policy and compliance requirements; perform controls; adhere to Process and Procedures.
  • Innovate and embed PT Quality Engineering practices.
  • Promote shared goals of creating high quality software.
  • Drive Agile practices.
  • Work with the teams identifying opportunities to deliver PT Quality Engineering.
Required Expertise & Specialisms

Thought Leadership in Performance Engineering - PT automation & service virtualization/stubbing. Experience in providing technology client service - PT and resilience testing.

Proven ability to use relevant data analytics approaches and tools to problem-solve and trouble-shoot.

Knowledge & experience with Build languages. 8+ years In performance engineering practices & experience.

Experience coaching integrated teams including developers to ensure systems are designed for testability.

Expertise with CI/CD, and continuous testing.

Expertise in Performance Quality Engineering.

Monitoring tools, analytical and results dashboarding.
