Job Role

A skilled craftsman is required to work in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will have expertise in creating complex tools and fixtures, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Set up and operate various machinery including lathes, mills, surface grinders, and drills.
  • Produce high-quality tooling and jigs through precision machining.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings with accuracy.
  • Perform welding duties as needed.

Essential Requirements

  • Hold qualifications in Fitting and Turning or Machining/Tool Making.
  • Have prior experience in manufacturing tooling and fixtures.
  • Possess general MIG, stick, or TIG welding skills.
  • Hold a valid forklift licence.
  • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions

Standard working hours are 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday to Thursday and 7:00 am to 1:00 pm on Fridays.
