Unified Communications Professional

You are a customer service focused communications specialist responsible for delivering high-quality unified communication systems. Our team of talented technologists collaborates to deliver seamless and secure communication solutions across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, deploy, and maintain unified communication solutions including Microsoft Teams, Mobile Voice, Meeting Room Systems and Desktop Telephony
  • Monitor, troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to UC infrastructure, including endpoints and network dependencies
  • Provide technical support and perform fault analysis to identify and remediate repeating issues
  • Document system configurations, standard operating procedures, and user guides

Ideal Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Previous experience in a Unified Communications or Mobility role
  • Excellent troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills
  • Relevant Vendor Certifications desirable, as is exposure to Agile methods of working

  • Powershell scripting and automation
