Service Technician Opportunity

As a Service Technician, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality service to our customers. This includes performing scheduled maintenance and safety checks, as well as carrying out repairs and servicing of material handling equipment.

You will be responsible for:

  • Servicing and repairing material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base.
  • Utilizing the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule.
  • Inventory input on allocated service vans and customer sites.
  • Gaining experience in dealing with top-tiered customer bases.
  • Completing an initial 8-week onboarding and industry-leading training program.
  • Performing routine maintenance and completing service work - reactive and planned.
  • Accurately maintaining important service records of work performed.
