The Education Executive will be responsible for coaching and developing the Makeup artists, conducting in-classroom training programs & workshops, as well as virtually.
This role requires fostering cooperative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will thrive in a results-focused collaborative environment and enjoy a practical, hands-on approach to work.
Key Responsibilities:- Beauty industry experience in teaching or training is a definite advantage.
- Confident speaking in public and talking to groups of people.
- Will be required to teach in all classes, virtually, instore and in the classroom.
- Be energetic, proactive, and motivated to help others learn the craft of makeup artistry.
- Builds trust through reliability, honesty, and authenticity.
- Mentor, gives timely coaching and offers assignments that challenge and foster a person's skills in line with management directives and business needs.
- Strong organisation / time management skills and good administration skills.
