Senior Engineering Manager

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead our team of talented software engineers and technical specialists. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to drive engineering initiatives, empower their team members, and foster a world-class engineering culture.

  • Previous experience in leading teams in Agile environments with software delivery responsibilities.
  • Proven ability to inspire, motivate, and develop engineering talent.
  • Genuine passion for mentoring and empowering engineers, delegating effectively, fostering ownership and accountability within the team.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce, ideally from an engineering perspective earlier in your career.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead a high-performing team of software engineers and technical specialists.
  • Drive engineering initiatives and ensure the team makes progress towards its goals.
  • Support direct reports in becoming awesome engineers, empowering them to deliver high-quality solutions to customers.
  • Contribute to the successful outcomes of the team by supporting excellent engineering and delivery practices.
  • Maintain a working environment in which the team can do their best work predictably and sustainably.
Requirements:
  • At least 5 years of experience in leading teams in Agile environments.
  • Proven track record of inspiring, motivating, and developing engineering talent.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce and experience working with large-scale enterprise-level implementations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
