Job Overview

The Financial Planning firm is seeking a talented professional to provide exceptional customer service and support to the Financial Planner.

This role involves building strong relationships with clients, processing and onboarding new clients, and maintaining accurate documentation.

  • Excellent communication skills are required for initial client calls.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in Xplan client management.
  • A genuine enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service is essential.
  • Familiarity with Xplan is required.
  • Outstanding attention to detail is necessary for this role.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Client onboarding and administration.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email.
  • Assisting with Xplan client management.
  • Liaising with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Planning industry.
  • Xplan knowledge and experience is essential.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A high level of organisational and time management skills.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
