Job Title: Datacenter Critical Environment Technician Intern

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services. The selected individual will join a team dedicated to empowering people and organizations worldwide to achieve more.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform assigned tasks with varying levels of supervision, including making rounds, recording observations, taking measurements, and utilizing internal computerized maintenance management systems to track equipment assets and complete work order requests.
  • Learn how to operate all systems and equipment in a safe and professional manner, and learn about risks associated with these systems, with the opportunity to complete Microsoft CET level 1 certification.
  • Perform basic monitoring and inspection of critical environment-related facility equipment, building, and grounds for unsafe or abnormal conditions, and participate in troubleshooting complex systems under senior colleague guidance.
  • Utilize internal computerized maintenance management systems to track equipment assets and to complete work order requests for maintenance work, and safely assist in providing emergency monitoring and response to various abnormal conditions with supervision following emergency operating procedures.
  • Participate in developing methods of operating procedure and standard operating procedures for appropriately leveled procedures to ensure safe and reliable execution, and perform technical research on relevant technical topics.
