Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to provide chairside support in various dental procedures. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a positive attitude, with prior experience in chairside dental assistance preferred.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide all aspects of chairside dental assistance to our Dentists
  • Deliver exceptional patient care and outstanding customer service
  • Maintain instrument reprocessing and sterilization procedures
  • Advise patients on their treatment options
  • Foster strong working relationships with team members, patients, and medical staff
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Handle administrative tasks, including answering phone calls and booking patient appointments

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Prior chairside dental experience, preferably with a Cert III in Dental Assisting or three or more years of dental assisting experience
