About the Opportunity

This is an excellent chance for a skilled and motivated Commissioning Manager to take on a key leadership role in our Operations and Maintenance team. You will be responsible for the successful testing and commissioning of renewable projects, working closely with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive commissioning plans and procedures for each project.
  • Leading day-to-day commissioning activities, ensuring effective coordination among cross-functional teams and promoting open communication.
  • Planning, resourcing, and coordinating commissioning efforts to meet project timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, electrical, and civil engineers, to ensure smooth handover and testing.
  • Fostering a One-Team approach, working collaboratively with clients, OEMs, and other stakeholders to achieve successful project completion.

Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Tertiary engineering qualifications or recognized industry equivalent.
  • Extensive experience in testing and commissioning, preferably in the renewable or utilities sector.
  • Strong leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing technical staff and driving results.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
