Energy Assessment and Sales Professional
As a skilled Energy Assessor and Sales Representative, you will be responsible for calling, qualifying, and selling to inbound leads. You will also visit customers for assessments, closing sales, and managing compliance through CRM training.
Key Responsibilities:- Generating new business opportunities by contacting potential clients.
- Conducting thorough energy assessments of residential properties.
- Negotiating and finalizing sales agreements with satisfied customers.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM software.
- Exceptional communication skills for effective customer engagement.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- High levels of honesty and reliability in maintaining confidentiality and upholding professional standards.
- Resilience and adaptability in handling rejections and changing market conditions.

Remuneration Models:Our two distinct remuneration models cater to different preferences: Model 1 - Commission Only: Earn up to $250 per product sold; Model 2 - Hybrid Salary + Commission: Receive a salary plus earn up to $25 per hour or achieve an OTE over $650 per day.
